We endeavour to despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (on weekdays). If you place an order at the weekend or on a bank holiday (UK), we treat it as if it was received the morning of the next working day.

You should receive your order within 4 days (with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).
